开显

(開顯, 开显)

To open up and reveal; to expose the one and make manifest the other. It is a term used by Tiantai, i.e. [lang id =1028]開權顯實, to expose and dispose of the temporary or partial teaching, and reveal the final and real truth as in the <Lotus Sūtra>.
